ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

This 2-day institute will help you and your team build collective will, skill, and momentum for equity in complex times. Leading for equity is deeply personal work. To lead others on an equity journey, we have to be in touch with who we are, why we lead, and our own moral imperative. Our seasoned facilitation team will create a brave space for your team to learn, grow, and take collective action for equity. We will engage you in considering:

  • Story of Self: Who am I as an equity leader, and what is my equity imperative?
  • Story of Us: Who are we as a team or organization, and what is our current state story?
  • Story of Now: What is our call to action? What is our equity imperative?
